Loved the helpful staff who went above and beyond to set up a surprise proposal in our room, super friendly crew overall. Gym and library were clutch for hanging out post-checkout, huge plus knowing we could chillax till we had to jet off. 💍

The hotel has great customer service and staff that quickly accommodated our request for an early check-in at noon. the location is right next to the river and close to must-visit spots like Trinity Church and Charging Bull. the room was cozy with a fantastic view of the city and the river, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast could be improved in terms of variety and service. the breakfast area felt a bit disorganized, and the selection of food wasn't as appealing as expected.

I liked location and rooms of this hotel. The room was compact on the higher floors and had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe.

Location and staff were EXCELLENT, I appreciated that it overlooked river. There were very comfy beds and an electronic key card, tea and coffee making equipment, and a work desk inside the room. It was neat, bath beautiful.

Really enjoyable experience there. Everything was very clean and the view was nice. Magnificent and comfy location, within walking distance of Seaport District Nyc Museum. Took a walk around city centre, located just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

The location was incredible, around 10-15 minutes walk from World Trade Center Memorial Foundation. Besides, I was walk from a river and parks. No reason to complain, thank you for a nice stay.

The hotel's central location was convenient for exploring the Financial and Seaport Districts. Although the pricey optional breakfast was disappointing, the room was clean with a comfortable bed. Despite these drawbacks, the quiet HVAC system and well-maintained common areas added a positive touch to the stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and even texted me when I arrived to make sure everything was okay. the location was perfect, right across the street from the river and a short walk to the tube station. the room was clean and comfortable, with great amenities like coffee and a kettle. the view of the East River was stunning, and I loved the European-style shower head. the A/C worked perfectly, which was important given the unpredictable weather during my visit.

Booked this hotel for a vacation in NY. Perfect location for sightseeing, with iconic landmarks like One World Trade Center, Wall Street, and Brooklyn Bridge nearby. Just a minute's walk to the east river and a 5-minute walk to Wall Street subway and Battery Park. Stayed on the 27th floor with a view of the east river. Friendly staff and a comfortable king-size bed. Great value for the price.
